Delivery time to Europe is 3-7 days, to USA and Canada 10-14 days, the rest of the world is 21 days.
Items ready to ship are shipped within 3-5 days from the date of order.
Items made to order will be sent 4-6 weeks after placing the order.
Custom made items can not be returned. Please, remember that items made to order will be very similar to the original, but not identical. This is handicraft and items are always a little bit different.
If the item is delivered broken, we can make a new one for free, we also offer a refund.
